- Choose your hat color and front design.
- Use personalization options to add children’s names and an established year.
- Most styles can accommodate up to four names; embroidery may be adjusted slightly in size or arrangement to create the best fit.
- Enter names exactly as you would like them embroidered and double-check all spelling and dates before ordering. We don't send proofs before production.
- Our hats are adult-sized with adjustable closures and fit most head circumferences approximately 21⅝″–23⅝″.

- Each hat is made to order specifically for you and typically ships within 2–5 business days.
- We currently ship throughout Canada 🇨🇦 and the United States 🇺🇸. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.
- Because each hat is made to order, and some are personalized, all hats are final sale.
- If we make a mistake with your personalization or your hat arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free.
